I’ve been using Alborz reform for about a year now and cannot recommend enough! The classes are always challenging and the instructors are so knowledgable and encouraging. I really look forward to my sessions and can feel and see the benefits.

I am a beginner in everything! But I am glad I signed up on their Reformer classes! I tried their Yogalates which incorporates traditional yoga postures with the reformer - I felt taller! Their All levels Reformer which was a burner for me in a good way! And their Sound Healing which I think is unique to Alborz - a good way to calm down and come back to your inner self after a stressful week!! It is a small studio with 5 heavy duty reformers woth towers which I find great because the instructor can focus on everyone's form and ensure we are targeting the correct core muscle! And they dont cancel their class even if you're the only one booked in!🌟 Studio has airconditioning, toilet/ changing room. Instructor Rama I definitely commend! Such patience and perseverence to push myself and be strong!🌟 Definitely coming back and be consistent!💪
